Spring Rejuvenation 2019
certified yoga + standup paddleboard yoga instructor + health food enthusiast
Certified 500 RYT, Nicole is also internationally trained in standup paddleboard and standup paddleboard yoga with Rachel Brathan (YogaGirl). When Nicole began her journey with yoga, she was mainly seeking the physical benefits - to stay in shape and keep her flexibility, especially since she had stopped playing lacrosse. The spiritual part came later, noticing how it would help Nicole with her ADD and stress, and the way she views and responds to life challenges. She has been practicing yoga for over 21 years and has been teaching for over 18 years locally.
Most of her nutritional knowledge came prenatal. Nicole’s parents raised her and her sister as vegetarians and they always had a garden, canned and ate seasonally. As she entered the workforce, Nicole gleaned years of first-hand knowledge and experience of energetic and mind-body medicine while working for an alternative health care practitioner for over 18 years. She brings so much passion and creativity into the kitchen preparing juice concoctions and wholesome food while teaching others how to incorporate tasty, healthy foods into their lives.
Based out of Doylestown and Peace Valley Park, Nicole’s individual sessions range from helping those seeking to look and feel their best for their wedding to supporting and guiding patients to remission from rheumatoid arthritis and many in between. Her upbeat and extremely positive attitude will have you energized and ready to take on any of life’s greatest challenges.
Nicole is blessed to say she has practiced with Baron Baptiste, Sri Dharma Mittra, Cassandra Kish, Jillian Turecki, Sean Corne, Jessica and Ryan Taylor, Rachel Brathan, Kerri Kelly, and Randi Greene. Namaste.
